The multifunctional e-STUDIO409AS is equipped with a large, customisable colour touch panel measuring 10.9 cm (4.3 inches) for intuitive access to all functionalities – no need to interact with buttons. By installing optional apps onto the device, this cloud ready system can be connected to the major cloud services, so users can print from or scan to, e.g. Microsoft Sharepoint. Toshiba printing systems are designed to master complex and evolving data challenges and prevent unauthorised access to the device, with features such as the newly added Trusted Platform Module (TPM) technology. The component stores the encryption key on dedicated hardware separate from that used to store data.
